Is anyone's lips dry, red and/or pealing? Is it because of this bi-polar weather, from kissing too much or are you lacking in nutrients? Well don't sit back and do nothing about it because i will gurantee you that it will become worse and your lips wont be feeling smooth and soft anytime soon.
Here are the steps for smooth and luscious lips!
1. Grab a teaspoon of raw sugar and place it in a bowl.
2. Mix one teaspoon of honey in with the raw sugar.
3. With a soft toothbrush massage the ingredients on your lips for a few moments.
4. Wipe of excess and put on cocoa butter- Palmers cocoa butter works magic.
5. It is best to repeat 3 times a day until you are happy with your results.
It really helps your lips, leaving them feel like they are brand new!
Who wakes up with panda eyes or just constantly has black circles beneath their eyes? Well I know just the way to solve this problem in the short term run.
1. Place cold green tea bags on top of your eyes lids whilst your eyes are closed.( Put in the freezer for a bit until they are cold)
2. Have a warm glass of water and fresh lemon to start your days to ensure you look fresh and glowing.
I bought this book called "Hippies in the City" about a year ago, where it is a guide to natural urban living and ever since then,it hasn't left my sight. It has so many interesting information to help with your life and your well-being and these two tips happened to be in there. There are many tips and tricks in this book but these are the two i have tried and to be honest with you, they did wonders.
I am not much of a reader. I can not sit down and read a book and cry over the fact that so and so didn't end up together but what i can do is sit down and read this book because i know that it is useful for my every day life and my all-round well-being.
Chapters-
Chapter one is all about your body and what food is right for you, what makes your skin glow etc.
Chapter two revolves around tips and tricks just like the ones i mentioned above.
Chapter three is all about food recipes that are all natural and organic.
Chapter four is drink recipes.
Chapter 5 and 6 is about bath recipes and skin recipes.
Chapter seven is all about hippy advice such as Goal setting and the good life.
Chapter eight is environment- not my cup of tea.
Chapter nine talks about hippy hangouts.
Here is a link if you would like to buy one. It was $30.00 but it was all worth it :)
